Is it safe for me to enter my credit card number on the web?
Yes. All information is processed through Paypal secure servers When you enter your credit card information on the order form, the encrypted informationís automatically transmitted to paypals credit card gateway for online credit approval.
It's really no different than having a waiter swipe your card in a restaurant.. Once your credit card is validated, we process your order.

What if I donít want to use my credit card on the web?
If you still do not want to use your credit card online you can also pay by check or money order thru paypal.
Please write down the items you ordered and the product numbers and the cost. When you go thru paypal they will need that information. You can also place your order thru our customer service numbers: (407) 464-9528 or (407) 464-9423 between 8.00am and 4pm eastern time.

What is your product guarantee?
At Spa Original Cosmetics we stand behind every product we sell. If you are absolutely not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a prompt refund (including tax if any). Simply return your purchase to us within 30 days.
Our return address is HADLEIGH INTíL, 917 Palm Oak Dr. Apopka, Fl 32712. We ask your returned products be in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging an invoice.

What if I need to return or exchange a product?
When you receive a delivery, we encourage you to inspect it. If there is any damage or you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Fill out and return slip with your return, also indicate the reason for the return.
Please send the package securely wrapped and prepaid as we do not accept C.O.D mail or shipping charges.

Are your products available in stores?
No! you can only purchase SpaOriginal Cosmetics products via this website or by mail.

How do I know if it is a back ordered item or out of stock?
We will notify all customers by email if a product is back ordered or out of stock. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as they are received in our warehouse and you credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Because some items usually are in high demand , we cant always guarantee an expected delivery date.

How do I know that you have received my online order?
You will receive an order confirmation email.

I received more than one confirmation eMail, what do I do?
Orders are sometimes duplicated if the ďsubmitĒ button is hit more than once. Please contact us via email. With your confirmation numbers you received and we will make sure only one order is processed.

Can I cancel or change my order once I have placed it?
You may cancel or change your order up until 1pm Eastern time the following day. All orders placed after 4pm and weekends will have until 1pm Eastern time the following working day.

Yes we can, but only if you request rush delivery as your shipping option.
