ATOPIC DERMATITIS - ECZEMA TREATMENT

Your doctor may also recommend taking vitamin A, also found in cod-liver oil, which is essential for the repair and renewal of the skin. To avoid a risk of an over dose particularly with fat-soluble vitamins, ask your doctor to monitor your progress.
